Ordering & General Information

a) In order to reply to your order, please ensure you put your correct e mail address

b) All our products are sent by recorded or signed for delivery, so you will need to ensure that your full address is given including your-: postcode and
    contact telephone number someone must sign for the items, deliveries to offices cannot be guaranteed as often receptions sign on behalf of the
    recipient.

c) Goods are normally delivered between 7-14 days , but please allow the full 28 days, if goods are delayed, you will be notified, Special deliveries and  
    overnight deliveries will be charged at extra cost, please  e mail us for costs

d) UK p&p is included in all orders, where specified, for overseas, costs are added at time of final order. In the case of larger bulkier items there may be additional costs which will be notified prior to delivery

Payments

a) We accept Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Switch , Access, and American Express, please ensure you fill out all the sections including for switch the Issue
    number,

b) We do not except credit card orders unless they are made in the card holders name. We do not accept cards from certain countries, if your country
     is not listed on the order section, contact us.

c) Credit Cards will be charged at time of order through PAY PAL please ensure you leave enough  time for your goods to be despatched to order your items !!!

Delivery, Returns & Damages

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive you may return them to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods  (excluding postage & Packing) within 14 days of receipt, all goods must be in the original packing and must be in perfect condition, we recommend that you send them back to us recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

Any damaged goods must be advised to us immediately upon receipt and returned to us by recorded/signed for delivery before new items can be sent.

Sizing

Please ensure you choose the correct size generally  small-: 28-30" medium -: 32-34", large-: 36-38",  XL-: 40-42" and XXL 44-46"  if the item does not fit and is returned then Postage and Packing  will not be refunded,  we cannot accept responsibility for variations from manufacturer to manufacturer.
